Ask well and check well
Brief an AI tool with the 3 part ask, then test the answer with the 3S check before anyone relies on it.
Our approach
Tools change every few months. A person who understands how to work with AI keeps that skill for life. So we start with your people: their jobs, their level and their questions.
Sessions start from each learner's role and confidence. The skills carry into work and home life.
No predictions, no jargon, no sales pitch for a vendor. We show what AI does well and where it fails.
Every programme is fitted to your sector, your roles and the tools your organisation has approved.
Learners practise on their own tasks and leave with something to use the next morning.
Our educators are training experts who advise organisations on AI for a living.
Beyond compliance
Article 4 of the EU AI Act asks you to support the AI literacy of your staff and anyone using AI for you. Our courses are built to meet that duty, with the certificates and sponsor reports that show it. Then they keep going. A person who finishes level 4 can do these things on Monday morning:
Brief an AI tool with the 3 part ask, then test the answer with the 3S check before anyone relies on it.
Apply the traffic light rule and the 5 golden rules, and set the training options in each tool.
Draft, summarise, build a presentation and an Excel file with AI, and check each one.
Spot a job worth automating, map it, build the automation and test it.
Explain agents and MCP, and know the moments when a person must approve.
Troubleshoot a poor answer or a failed automation, and talk about the future of AI with balance.
Then your organisation picks its AI objectives, and the advanced track, level 5 and our advisory work take your people there. See the programmes
Experts, teaching
AI Upskill grew out of Viaclin, an operations excellence consultancy advising organisations on AI. The same people who advise on AI at work wrote this course. The lessons draw on that advisory work: the questions real teams asked, the mistakes they made and the fixes that held.
We came to AI from process improvement, not from selling software. The question is always what the work needs.
Our educators build agents and automations for clients. They teach what they use.
When a course ends, the consultancy is still there: aftercare with every seat and Expert on Call for organisations.
People centric
Every lesson follows a cast of working people, from a council front desk to a family firm, so learners see their own jobs on screen.
A teaching rule in every lesson: AI drafts, suggests and sorts. A person checks, decides and signs.
Help requests reach a person, with a reply within two working days. No bot at the help desk.
Everyone starts at lesson 1 and moves at their own pace. Experienced staff can go straight to the advanced track.
Learner data is held in the EU, and the privacy notice says in plain words what a sponsor can see.
Built to WCAG 2.2 AA: keyboard, screen reader, captions on every film and no page that makes a learner scroll.
In your language
Every lesson comes in English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Polish, Dutch and Irish, with captions and a transcript on every film and an English voiceover the learner can turn on. The website, the enquiry and the sponsor reports are available in English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Polish and Dutch. Tell us which language your people need.
Short sentences, no jargon, every term explained on first use. The glossary and cheat sheets travel with the learner.
Every film has captions and a full transcript, so a learner can read at their own pace.
Each language on this site is a draft until a native speaker has reviewed it. Tell us if a line reads wrong.
Built for what comes next
Tools change every few months. Skills last. We teach the methods that hold whichever tool your organisation approves, and we keep the facts current.
The in person course is delivered for the first time.
Article 4 of the EU AI Act takes effect in February.
The course is rebuilt as a self paced online course in 12 lessons and an advanced track, in eight languages. Article 4 is updated in July.
Sector editions, live AI practice with feedback and a regulated sector version for life sciences.
Each lesson keeps a register of its facts. Fast moving facts such as prices and user numbers are rechecked every quarter, the rest every year.
Every lesson carries a version number. When a tool changes, the lesson changes, and the voiceover is remade for the lines that changed.
The 3 part ask, the 3S check, the traffic light rule and the recipe card work in any tool. Screens change; the method stays.

Our viewLicences without skills sit unused. Capability comes from practice on real work, with guidance.
The hype saysYou need to be technical to use AI.
Our viewIf you can explain a task to a new colleague, you can learn to brief an AI tool. We teach that skill.
The hype saysAI is too risky for the public sector.
Our viewRisk falls when staff know the rules: which tools are approved, which data stays out and when to check the answer.
